Shoulder pads are so 20 years ago!

Good fieldwork is a bit like good dress sense. What worked in the 80s just doesn't cut it anymore. Times change, people change. At Indiefield, we're all too aware that consumer culture changes faster than shoulder pads came and (thankfully) went. In today's hurry-up world of internet shopping for convenience food to eat in front of one of several hundred TV channels, you need to be inventive if you're going to break through those barriers that keep people from taking part in research.

That's why you'll find we're not too set in our ways. Au contraire, we're always egging each other on to keep looking for new ideas. Because to be the best we have to keep changing our approach, trying new things, learning from clients' feedback and building on our already-not-insignificant experience and improving our techniques.

It's this willingness to change that makes us pretty special.
