Meet Tara, Rachel and James. Between them they lead Indiefield and are responsible for ensuring clients get the answers they need.
Tara Lyons
I am determined to give clients the best possible experience they can have from a fieldwork and recruitment company. It's not always easy and there are many challenges. A people based business that relies on members of the public can be a stressful environment and Indiefield is a high energy, deadline driven place to work. However, nothing beats the satisfaction of completing a survey ahead of schedule, or filling the car clinic time slots, or hitting every quota. I want all our clients to experience top class fieldwork and recruitment from a company with the highest possible quality control standards.
Rachel Bernasconi
I am ultimately responsible for ensuring that the all the existing and potential fieldwork requirements and expectations we have are fulfilled in terms of delivery, timeliness, efficiency and quality. There's a huge difference between being busy and being productive and I know which is which. This is me with my loyal companion Maggie. She can herd sheep (and from time to time respondents, interviewers and project managers as required).
James Woodford
I used to work as an Actuary at GE Capital so it's no secret that I am good with numbers, data and programming.
