Once the fieldwork is complete we need to get the results to you. This is where the data processing starts. We provide the full suite of services either internally or via trusted subcontractors that are, frankly, better at it than us.
We offer data entry, coding and tables and continually review our software tools and processing techniques in order to provide our clients with accurate and reliable results. We check all questionnaire content before we go live in field and particular attention is paid to question text, numbering, spelling and routing.
When data has been entered top lines are produced. This shows summary counts of all of questionnaire information, including the answers which have been allocated to reject categories. This report is then thoroughly interrogated to ensure all entries based on the total sample add to the correct number of respondents, and all filtered entries add to the appropriate filtered sample.
We use WinCross™ which is a powerful cross tabulation tool and is arguably the most advanced crosstab software available. In terms of fieldwork output, we can supply data in virtually any format you need - SPSS, Excel, ASCII, Triple S. You can choose!
