Fieldwork

We believe in nothing but the finest ingredients and whether we're conducting a CATI interview or recruiting a group discussion every project contains the same four staple ingredients.

Firstly, the public connection. We say it a lot but we'll say it again - the people we recruit and interview are at the heart of everything that we do. Naturally we validate the people we use for every survey, to double-check quota controls and ensure integrity. But it's equally important to us to make them feel valued and respected at all times too.

Secondly, we believe that if there's a new technology that can help us do things better we'll use it. And a lot of the time, that means designing our own software. Our Fieldstar system keeps you up-to-date on the progress of your project. And on large-scale projects, we'll tailor our software to your unique needs for a snug, customised fit.

Thirdly, we believe that fieldworkers know what actually works in the day-to-day business of fieldwork. They deserve to be listened to, so we encourage them to share their ideas and opinions with us. Not only does it make us more effective it makes the job more rewarding and personally satisfying for our fieldworkers too.

And finally our inventive approach to fieldwork. You have to be inventive to do really great fieldwork and as a team we encourage each other to look for new fieldwork and recruitment ideas and give them a try. We're always looking for the next mountain to climb.
