We want our staff to develop relationships with other people - this could be an external client with a fieldwork need, someone who has taken part in a research study for us or a colleague inside Indiefield who needs help. At a more senior level you'll plan and implement projects and oversee a team of managers. And we'll expect you to be thinking ahead all the time - planning new initiatives to keep our customers excited, whilst dealing with practical challenges such as logistics planning.
