Qualitative

The focus group is probably the most famous qualitative research methodology there is but there are so many techniques at your disposal and Indiefield recruit for every single one of them.

Focus groups may have a low-tech feel, but more often than not, it is a series of focus groups that have determined strategic communication and implementation.

The key to understanding why qualitative research in general, and focus groups in particular, are so important today, can be summarised in a single sentence: Unlike traditional quantitative research, focus groups are centrally concerned with understanding attitudes rather than measuring them.

Our job is to recruit the right people for the groups and make the whole process as stress free as possible for our client. We want you to be all right on the night. Through our Client Services team we will happily provide input and ideas prior to commission so that you end up with a clear and achievable sample, including recruitment procedures and timelines.

We're not limited to how we recruit. Some jobs run perfectly well via our long established network of recruiters or our Consumer Directory. Other jobs mean we need to use client lists or surf the web. Sometimes we need to join a forum. We will do whatever it takes to find the right people for you.

Everyone we deal with on your project will have enough time and help and guidance for their task. If it's short turn around we will resource it better for you. We will provide simple and straightforward documentation and provide a quick and easy communication path to allow feedback from field to reach you during recruitment process.

You will be kept informed of any developments that affect your specification, timing or location and immediately informed of any difficulties and at the same time presented our proposed action plan.
